Physical samples are developed and shipped within 5–7 working days of confirming your fabric, weight, and construction.
Bulk production typically runs 15–25 working days after sample approval, depending on order volume and decoration method.
A 70% deposit confirms your order and locks in fabric sourcing, with the remaining 30% balance due against shipping documents before dispatch.
Yes. We arrange sea and air freight to any port or destination, with full export documentation handled on our side.
Yes. Private label branding — woven labels, hang tags, and custom poly bags — is available on every order at no minimum beyond our standard MOQ.
Yes. You're welcome to send pre-printed woven or satin labels, or we can produce them in-house to your artwork.
Poly bags, branded hang tags, size stickers, and custom carton labelling are all available and specified per order during the sampling stage.
We prepare commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin, and can coordinate with your freight forwarder or ours.
Every batch passes fabric inspection, shrinkage testing, colour fastness checks, AQL 2.5 measurement inspection, needle detection, and a final pre-shipment inspection.
